Cara Keys
Cara Keys entered the profession in 2014. She is a licensed certified general appraiser in West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland. Cara graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. Cara Keys is married with four children and presides over the Rotary Club of Shepherdstown. Having served in Rotary since 2015, she is actively engaged in youth mentorship through programs like Rotary Youth Exchange and fundraising efforts aimed at supporting youth initiatives in the eastern panhandle. Furthermore, she occupies various roles and board positions in Jefferson County, in addition to other county roles and boards.
